TIME ZERO – MAXSEA
TIMEZERO is extremely proud to welcome Andrea Mura among its ambassadors. Our navigation solutions were indeed created more than thirty years ago with the objective of always performing better.
Andrea is a highly successful and talented sailor and we are delighted to be part of his achievements.
Our sailing technologies are designed for regattas and we are glad to count him among us.
Ambassadors are an essential part of our team as they usually are the most demanding sailors and always set high standards when it comes to our software. We use their feedback to develop and improve our product offer.
After so many years of cutting edge innovation, TIMEZERO now has three distinct offers: TZ navigator for PC and TZ iBoat for iPad for recreational sailing, and TZ Professional for professional navigation.
Our products follow two principles: they must be user-friendly and performant. The routing module for example, is fitted with a complex algorithm which will help you find the best, most efficient and safest route to wherever you are traveling to.
It will also use the information collected from the weather forecast such as the speed and force of the winds in order to ensure the best navigation possible.
This routing module wouldn’t be so efficient without the state-of-the-art weather forecast information system included in the software. The weather conditions are clearly displayed and allow a quick understanding of the forecast at any time.
Since 2010 Navionics has been collaborating with Andrea offering marine cartography services, which we constantly update and develop.
We offer a unique cartography database, highly valuable for sea or lake boaters.
“In 2008 Gruppo Boero started a close collaboration with Andrea and his boat “Vento di Sardegna” which was originally entirely painted with Attiva Marine products.
Later on, the paint which was used on the boat to accompany Andrea through his world adventures came from Veneziani, in particular the highly performing Speedy Carbonium antifouling.”
The Open 50 “Vento di Sardegna” on which Andrea has won nearly all the races he took part in, has become the emblem of our company which produces an ultrasound system that prevents the growth of marine algae on the hull.
A highly technological, light, easy to install and low-energy consuming device which has allowed Andrea to navigate faster and on a clean hull.”
